About the event
The Port au Port Gran Fondo began its life as one of the first continuing road races, and has seen the participation of notable NL riding names on their journey to competing outside of the province. Now, it has become a social ride for participants of all abilities to challenge themselves while enjoying the beautiful terrain of the Port Au Port peninsula. Epic coastal views combined with rolling hills and a challenging elevation profile make this a truly special experience. Riders will also spin through historic franco-terreneuvien and Indigenous communities, learning about the unique role they have played in Newfoundland and Labrador's cultural fabric. We'll provide beer, food, prizing and support. You just need to bring your curiosity and a sense of adventure.
